Refund policy

Our goal is that you love the items you receive from us. Sometimes that does not happen. We will do our best to work with you to resolve any issues, so do not hesitate to contact us.

SAMPLES, DECANTS, TRAVEL SPRAYS & UNSEALED/SPLASH BOTTLES.

For health and safety reasons, all samples, decants, travel sprays, and unsealed bottles such a splash bottles are FINAL SALE. We do NOT accept returns on these.

However, if you do receive a defective item or the wrong item, please send us an email (fragaddix@gmail.com) with your order number, details about the issue, along with photos and we will work with you to rectify the issue— this will usually be in form of a REPLACEMENT OR STORE CREDIT.

FULL SIZE/FACTORY SEALED BOTTLES.

Full size/sealed perfume bottles may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, THE RETURN MUST FIRST BE APPROVED by us. Please do not return an item until the return has been approved.

To start a return please send us an email (fragaddix@gmail.com) with your order number, details about the issue, along with photos. Once approved, we will send return instructions including a return shipping label.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, if brand new sealed bottles, they must be in their original sealed state, unopened, unused. Partials/used bottles from declutters may be returned at a similar fill level as you received it, save for a few missing sprays.

All return items must be packed securely for shipping back to us.

All SHIPPING FEES and a 20% RESTOCKING FEE will be deducted from the refund.
