Shipping policy

Processing time: This website operates on an order processing window format, meaning ORDERS ARE PROCESSED ON SPECIFIC DATES. Order processing dates when there is DELAYED processing are noted at the base of the homepage. When we are actively processing new orders as they come in, processing time will specify: ‘Actively processing new orders,’ and you can expect to have your order processed within 3 business days. IF YOU PREFER NOT TO WAIT during the delayed processing window, please place your order during the ‘Actively Processing’ periods. 

Shipping is on business days only. We do NOT ship on weekends OR public HOLIDAYS.

Delays after shipment. In the event of shipping delays once the shipment is with the carrier, please understand we have no control over carrier operations or speed. It is not unusual for tracking to show no update for several days and then resume updates. If tracking has not updated within 14 days of last recorded update, please contact us so we can work on sending a REPLACEMENT.

Shipping Responsibility. Fragaddix will maintain responsibility for all shipments until they are marked as DELIVERED. Once an item is marked delivered, that obligation is complete and we are no longer responsible for the shipment beyond that point. Any shipment issues with delivered items (example: stolen from delivery site, delivered to wrong address) will need to be taken up with your local USPS office.
